Head over to Seth Armstrong’s website, and check out the large versions of his paintings. Absolutely fantastic work. Somewhat familiar styles mixed with unexpected and perfectly placed elements. I’m no painting expert, but this shit is great.

I’ll admit, I’m a fan of the human form and in another life I would have been a figurative painter. Sergio Lopez‘s take on this genre of painting is absolutely fantastic. Mixing something old and done a million times before, with something fresh and contemporary. I love the interaction of the body with the background. You can buy prints of his work here. Lovely.
