If you aren’t lucky enough to be living in a city that aired this movie over the past year, jump on the opportunity NOW to watch Vigilante Vigilante!

The movie portrays an unexpected group of┬ávigilantes. It’s hard to explain the dynamic, but the movie covers community advocates on both sides of the graffiti fence. Graffiti artists, and the citizens who take on “buffing” as a personal cause.

The biggest impact from the film to me, is how it humanizes graffiti. I deeply hope people who are unsure or unfamiliar with the artform that watch the movie get a better understanding of how street art benefits communities. If you get the chance, try roping in some unexpecting friends & family members and watch the flick together.

Perfectly well paced, and not heavy handed in the least bit. It’s a terrific documentary on the struggle modern society has in the slow but steady acceptance of street art. Click here to download on iTunes… and click here to learn more about the movie.
